Fr. The (largely black) south and west sides are labeled and blamed as the most violent. Yet living on the south side, I have seen SO MANY mental health clinics and resources defunded/cut and closed (not to mention public schools). Especially on the far south side. I know of 2 places, the closest is about 10 miles away, and my bf went there. They only had talk therapy (no coping skills or treatments, just asking about the past), and after he had to cancel an appointment cuz he was sick, the therapist cancelled the next one and never got back to us again after leaving 5 messages with the front desk and 4 to her personal answering machine.
Ive been in the hospital for almost two weeks due to complications with my chronic illness. Due to this I haven’t been able to work. I have rent and electric to pay plus all the medical bills.

Im not allowed to work anymore until dr says i can so until i get some work from home or something set up all i can do is bead orders and im behind on the ones i do have from being in the hospital. I know it’s been said before, but I hate how TERF has turned into a buzzword on this site. People say “No TERFs” and then get furious when you point out that their exclusionary politics are indistinguishable from trans and sex worker exclusionary politics.
Ace exclusionary and kink critical politics derive most of their power from rhetoric taken wholesale from trans exclusionary and sex worker exclusionary radical feminist movements. You can’t divorce your gatekeeping from the most common gatekeeping rhetoric. You don’t have to fully subscribe to trans exclusionary radical feminist politics to be parroting their talking points.
Just like a person of color can reuse white supremacist rhetoric without intentionally being a white supremacist, trans, queer, and LGBT+ folx can and generally are relying on trans exclusionary and radical feminist rhetoric when they gatekeep.
I feel like this is applicable in most cases (ace exclusionary, truscum, etc). But I think the distinction should be made that in being kink critical, this does not apply to pedophilia especially. Being transgender, ace, queer, LGBT+, into BDSM, drawing furries that don’t pop up with safe search, whatever, doesn’t inherently hurt other people. Unless if you literally refuse to interact with minors, don’t watch child porn whether animated/drawn or not, and get professional help, you’re harmful. This should be obvious, I just don’t want any pedos trying to use this post to claim their “right” to acceptance. There are other fetishes/kinks that also inherently harmful, but they arent trying to make pride flags.

Once the cops come to the car, theyll ask for license and registration. Announce everything you’re about to do, and move very slowly, no sudden movements. If you arent in a car and really must approach a police officer, walk calmly and smoothly as possible toward them. Slow your pace. If it’s not cold, take your hat/hood off. Tho even if it’s cold, you probly should take a hood off. Make sure your face is visible. Make sure both your hands are visible. Announce your presence by saying “excuse me, sir/ma’am/officer”, so as not to startle them. Never rush/run toward the cops. The darker the skin you have, the more risky any of this becomes in general.
